This complex is beautifully modern designed (kudos to the design team) and well kept up! I feel safe here and there is a lot of parking. I love the Edge and I love the design of my apartment – it’s white (not off white like all the others in Sac), high ceilings, the kitchen is white and has a lot of storage, tall doors, big walk in closet, beautiful hardware, the vinyl floors are wide plank in a light color (not tacky looking or screaming for attention dark) and two huge windows with quality solar shades. The whole place is electronic, no pain in the butt going to get a modem, I can buzz people in from my phone, open my door and change the heat/air conditioning with an app from anywhere in the US, and it has a ring video camera at my door. The building is quiet and everyone is super friendly!!
